Each bundle is carefully curated with physical gifts such as flowers, chocolates, personal care items, food, or accessories, plus a printed apology card. Premium bundles include luxury packaging and a custom handwritten note.
Do you offer same-day delivery? ▾
Yes! Orders placed before 2pm qualify for same-day delivery within Accra and Greater Accra. A delivery fee of GHS 30 applies. Scheduled delivery is available nationwide and is free.
Can I add a personalised message? ▾
Absolutely. During checkout, you'll have a message box to write a personal note. This is printed on a premium card and included in your bundle. We also offer an AI-assisted message tool to help you find the right words.
What payment methods do you accept? ▾
We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), debit and credit cards (Visa & Mastercard), and Pay on Delivery for orders within Accra.
Can I send the bundle anonymously? ▾
Yes! We offer an anonymous apology option. Simply select "Send Anonymously" during checkout and the recipient won't see your identity — they'll only receive the bundle and your message.
Can I customise a bundle? ▾
Yes, for premium bundles you can substitute up to 2 items. Contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order and we'll work with you to build the perfect package.
🛡️ Refund & Returns Policy
If your bundle arrives damaged, we'll replace it immediately at no cost.
Cancellations made within 1 hour of ordering are fully refunded.
Perishable items (flowers, food) cannot be returned once delivered.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided, a re-delivery fee applies.
Non-perishable items in unopened condition may be returned within 24 hours.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.
